Regarding Internship Procedures for the 2023-2024 Academic Year

Our students who apply through the National Internship Program must follow the steps below.

Necessary Information Regarding Internship Process

Our students who want to do internships in the Spring and Summer terms of 2023-2024;

The necessary documents for the internship are presented in the attachments section at the bottom of the page, and information on how to fill them out is included in the PowerPoint file named 'Guide to Preparing Necessary Documents'.

The 'Internship Application Form' document must be signed by the workplace and then submitted for approval by the advisor professors. For this, you can obtain approval from your advisor professors either face-to-face or via email (provided that the form signed by the workplace is sent). The 'Internship Application Form' approved by the advisor, along with the MÜSTAHAKLIK certificate to be obtained from E-Government by the student, must be personally submitted to the Department Secretariat of our Vocational School at least 7 working days before the start of the internship. Internship applications will not be accepted in case of missing documents.

Our students who cannot apply in person; will send the application form signed and stamped by the workplace, the approval of the advisor faculty member (the approval letter received via email) in a sealed envelope to the Department Secretariat of Gölhisar Health Services Vocational School by cargo at least 7 working days before the start of the internship. Delays in cargo are the responsibility of the student. Late documents will not be accepted. Our students need to follow their procedures by contacting our vocational school by phone.

Our students who will do internships can apply to their advisors and department secretariat for detailed information on internship topics.

*In case the institution applied for requests a cover letter, our students need to request a cover letter from the high school writing office.

*Students of the First and Emergency Aid Program are excluded from the Spring term internship. Students in this department cannot do internships in the Summer Term.

Internship Application Conditions:

1- ACCORDING TO THE INTERNSHIP DIRECTIVE OF BURDUR MEHMET AKİF ERSOY UNIVERSITY VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS;

· Students who will do internships at the end of the 2nd year must have taken all four semesters of courses at least once and fulfilled the attendance requirement (not failed the course with a DZ grade) .

· You may have failed courses from previous semesters, but students who failed with a DZ grade cannot apply.
