MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION III COURSE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT HOSPITAL PRACTICE

Dear Students,
The hospital practice to be carried out within the scope of the Medical Documentation III course will be conducted in two groups on specified days at Gölhisar State Hospital. Detailed information regarding groups and practice rotations will be shared later.
Before starting the hospital practice, the following matters must be fully completed by the students:
1. Health Screenings and Vaccinations
Before starting the hospital practice, students must undergo;
Hemogram
Biochemistry
ELISA tests.
Students who need to be vaccinated according to the test results are required to get their necessary vaccinations.
Documents showing the test results and that the necessary vaccinations have been administered will be submitted to the advisory faculty members when the school opens.
2. Very Dangerous Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
All students participating in the hospital practice are required to have a “Very Dangerous Occupational Health and Safety” certificate.
Students without a certificate will absolutely not be accepted into the hospital practice.
Therefore, students are kindly requested to complete their certificate procedures before the practice begins.
3. Absenteeism
The absenteeism right in the Medical Documentation III (Hospital Practice) course is 2 weeks.
Students must participate regularly and on time on the practice days.
4. Group and Rotation Information
The Medical Documentation III hospital practice;
will be conducted in 2 groups,
at Gölhisar State Hospital,
on specified days and times.
Group distributions, practice days, and detailed information regarding rotations will be announced later.
It is kindly requested that our students complete their health screenings, necessary vaccinations, and Very Dangerous Occupational Health and Safety certificate procedures before the school opens to avoid any grievances.
